Virtual Idaho Archaeology

The Anthropology Division of the Idaho Museum of Natural History has graciously allowed us to digitize one of the Anthropology Teaching Kits available to educators from the Museum’s teaching collection.  This teaching kit is composed of materials from the Crandall Collection and consists of a number of examples of varying types of projectile points. Each item was digitized and high resolution photographs were taken and texture-mapped onto the models.

We hope to be able to expand upon this single example of the high-quality artifacts available to educators from the IMNH Anthropology Division in the future.
